Adrian Roji, our Founder & Managing Partner, has broad and comprehensive experience in knowledge leadership management, development and commercialization of life science technologies across the industry and the world.
He has helped introduce multiple landmark technologies in the cardiovascular, neurovascular, endovascular, orthopedic, general surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, woman’s health, wound management sectors.

Adrian brings 30 years of experience as an accomplished Global Corporate Executive with a strong track record of commercial and operational leadership managing businesses in established and emerging markets. He launched and grew new businesses for Johnson & Johnson and Allergan in various markets including Wound Care, Women’s Health, Regenerative Medicine, and Plastic Surgery. After 20+ years, following his passion for developing new businesses and continuous learning, he shifted to smaller companies such as Lifecell, TissueTech and Galatea Surgical where he was responsible for commercial transformation and growth to position the companies for an exit. He is the current CEO of Cicalux, Partner and Managing Director of AR Healthcare LLC and a member of the Board of Directors of the School of Engineering for the University of Texas at Arlington. Adrian earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington where he held a tennis scholarship, and an MBA at the University of NotreDame Mendoza School of Business.
